Shipping Policy

Canvas & Iron currently ships orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

If an order includes made-to-order, printed-on-demand, custom, or limited-run items, additional production time may be required before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order, shipping method, destination, and carrier availability.

Any available shipping options will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Canvas & Iron is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, service disruptions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Canvas & Iron is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package appears lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, contact us at support@canvasandiron.com and we will help review the issue. We may ask you to also contact the carrier directly or file a carrier claim.

Canvas & Iron is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@canvasandiron.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to make it right according to our Return and Refund Policy.

International Shipping

Canvas & Iron does not currently offer international shipping unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If international shipping is offered in the future, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if items are fulfilled from different locations, produced at different times, or require separate handling.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
