At Canvas & Iron, we want you to be satisfied with your order and confident in the quality of the American-made products you receive. Our goal is to provide apparel and goods that look right, feel right, and hold up well.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at support@canvasandiron.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@canvasandiron.com. Returns must be authorized in advance. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including custom products, made-to-order items, final sale items, gift cards, or items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the return window.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you receive the item you want is to contact us about your return. If the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
